We will be participating in the Capital District Youth Lacrosse League this year. Safety protocols are in place region wide to allow players to participate in lacrosse outdoors this spring.

The 2024 season starts on March 30th. Coaches will reach out to each team regarding the start date. We usually practice 2-3 nights per week and participate in weekend games versus other youth leagues in the area. We work with other youth programs to allow players to participate in multiple sports.

We have three levels of play for both girls and boys. A Kindergarten thru 2nd grade level, 3rd thru 4th grade level, and 5th thru 6th grade level.. This year we may have co-ed Pre-K thru Kindergarten clinic as well.

All players must have a US Lacrosse membership this year as the CDYLL is a US Lacrosse sanctioned league and provides insurance through the membership. The US Lacrosse membership number is a required part of our registration process. The website for US Lacrosse is https://www.uslacrosse.org/membership . A youth membership is $30 per year(subject to change). Please create the membership, record the membership number and be sure to enter it correctly in the registration form.

2024 Registration Fees for Spring Season:

Each participating player in your family is $150. Registration fees will be collected at the parent meeting (date TBD).

Lacrosse gear:

We ask that players have all the gear needed to play. This year the boys teams will need approved chest pads actioned by US Lacrosse. We do have lacrosse gear that we can lend out to players.
